REFUND POLICY: Lake of the Sky Gallery guarantees a 100% product exchange. There are NO CASH REFUNDS for any product returns.
REPLACEMENT REFUND POLICY: Lake of the Sky Gallery accepts approved product returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Along with the refund policy, products are eligible for replacement if one or more of the following are apparent;
1) original container damaged, 2) defective product, 3) you receive the wrong product. One of the following may apply;
a) credit to the account, b) an exchange of the same product, or c) exchange for another product of equal value.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS: The return process is as follows; 1) Return Merchandise with a complete deswcription of the details for
returning items. 2) Once we are in receipt of the return item the agreed exchanged product will be sent out with in 5-7 business days.
Shipping will be added to your invoice. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credits issued. If you have any additional
